I just received my Avey bag, and I'm very disappointed. The bag is lovely, but the "engineering" on the so-called adjustable straps is quite flawed. It's virtually impossible to change the strap length because the holes are far too small to detach from and attach to the brass hooks. Three broken fingernails later, I am preparing to return the purse.

It is a nice enough bag but I’m knocking off 2.stars because it does not have any pockets for those items to which you need quick access (phone, badge, etc) or a place to attach keys. The included canvas bag is some help but, for the price, I’d have expected a better-planned design.

My AVEY is awesome. I get many compliments on it. And, the best part is the matching inner zippered bag with separate pockets. It’s so easy to find stuff and so difficult for someone to help themselves to anything inside if you get to close in a crowd. These bags don’t miss a trick when it comes to design. It’s my third one!

Just a recommendation. Add a key fob strap inside the bag. Most of us these days use a fob and it would be helpful to have the strap easily accessible. Thank you

It was fine at first, but after a few uses the "adjustable" straps kept separating from the bag. It became very frustrating.

Do not care for this bag with the adjustable handles. The handles will just all of a sudden detach and the purse falls off my shoulder. Really badly designed and for the money you pay for this bag, that’s very frustrating.

I bought the Avey Two-Tone Adjustable Handle shoulder bag and am SO disappointed in it. The handles continually fall off and come undone. I paid a lot of money for a bag I cannot use because I cannot depend on the bag staying on my shoulder! It will just all of a sudden fall off, either one or both handles. I have had an occasion where it fell off in a store and all the contents spilled out. This bag was designed very poorly.

this bag is horrible because of the handles. they continuously come undone! Do not waste your money on this bag!!! I am so upset that I spent so much money on this bag only to have it fall off of my shoulder every time I wear it because of the faulty design of the handles.

Unfortunately I will be retuning this purse. The handles keep popping out of the holes in the straps causing the body of the purse to drop on the ground. I’m surprised since I enjoyed my first purse so much.
